Restaurant & Hotel Einhorn - Oppenweiler

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. We were impressed with the top-notch service, from the friendly and helpful staff to the prompt room service and efficient housekeeping. The welcome drink was a nice touch and made us feel instantly welcomed. The hotel also provided great amenities for our furry friend, making it a pet-friendly place to stay. The tours and ticket assistance were also very convenient for exploring the area. We also loved the comfortable and well-appointed rooms, with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace were perfect spots to relax and enjoy the surroundings. our experience here was truly exceptional!

Lovely hotel with really good restaurant, amazing wines, total gem to find.

Absolutely nothing.

During my recent Christmas stay, I was pleased with the central location of the hotel, and its close proximity to local attractions. Furthermore, the hotel offered excellent amenities, including a bar with a wide selection of drinks, and comfortable rooms with cozy bedding. Another advantage I enjoyed was the festive decorations and events organized by the hotel staff.

I was disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by the staff. There were no friendly greetings or helpful tips provided upon check-in, and the absence of Wi-Fi in the rooms was frustrating. Additionally, the rooms facing the stairs were noisy and inconveniently located.

The hotel boasts an exceptional restaurant with an impressive wine list, which is worth a try. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, including lockers to use to store their belongings. Some rooms have updated decor and are in better shape. One guest praised the restaurant for their prompt list when handling issues.

The hotel clerk’s approach to customer service seems to be lacking in friendliness.

During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, really good breakfast service, and friendly staff. The transportation to and from the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy for me to explore this city without any hassle.

We had a delightful stay overall. The restaurant served amazing food, with truly exceptional wines. We were pleasantly surprised by the gem of a hotel in the city. It was conveniently located and provided quick access to all the main attractions. the rooms were in great shape and well-kept.

There were a few setbacks during our stay. we had issues with the locker system, where our room key was taken by mistake.
